Ektor Tsatsoulis

Ektor is an international cultural projects manager and cultural policy advisor. He is founding partner of CULDEA – Cultural Development Agency, an innovative cultural management company based in Greece. The aim of the company is to support both the public sector and the private/independent cultural organisations to further develop and be sustainable. Key services include fundraising, audience development and internationalization of projects and partnerships.
He has been the Executive Director of KALAMATA:21 – European Capital of Culture 2021 during its bid (finalist), the Executive Manager of Pafos 2017 – ECoC 2017 during its winning bid, and the Bid Coordinator of Aberdeen’s bid for UK City of Culture 2017. He is strategy advisor of ECoC bidding cities as well as frequent speaker to conferences and training sessions on cultural management, ECoCs and CCIs.
His educational background includes BSc in Business Administration, MRes in Corporate Governance & Business Ethics (Lond.) and MA in Cultural Management.
He is currently based in Athens where he is on permanent “workation mode” (working on vacation or vice-versa) due to the country’s nice weather and endless cultural activities.
